With Tribe Salon and Spa’s waitlist in mind, we strictly uphold booking policies. Kindly review all our policies below. When you book your appointment at Tribe, you are committing to each policy.
Cancellation Policy
Tribe Salon and Spa requires 48 hours notice should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
Should you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours in advance, you will receive an invoice for 50% of the canceled service. This invoice must be paid in order to rebook.
Should you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance or “No Show”, you will receive an invoice for 100% of your missed service.
If you simply do not arrive at your appointment, “No Call/ no Show” you’ll be required to leave 100% prepayment of future services to rebook with Tribe Salon and Spa.
Late Policy
Tribe Salon and Spa stylists ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes before your service. Should you arrive more than 10 minutes late, past your scheduled service time, you risk altering or rescheduling your services. This is to avoid interfering with our daily scheduled appointments.
Should your Tribe stylist foresee running behind for your appointment, you will be notified immediately and our staff will accommodate you accordingly.

In our salon we prioritize your satisfaction. While refunds are not provided, we offer complimentary adjustments within 10 days of your initial service to ensure you leave in love with your service.
